Jasmine Flower Tea is a fragrant herbal beverage, often made by blending dried jasmine flowers with green tea. It’s not only known for its pleasant aroma and taste but also for its health benefits

How to Use

  1. Ingredients: • 1 teaspoon of dried jasmine flowers (or a jasmine tea bag) • 1 cup of hot water (80-85°C, not boiling)
    1. Preparation:
      • Add the jasmine flowers or tea bag to the hot water.
      • Let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
      • Strain and serve. You may add a little honey or lemon if desired.
    2. When to Drink:
      • After breakfast or with afternoon snacks.
      • Drinking before bed can be relaxing
